v First Go to settings.
v Then Go to Personal or Additional settings
v After that go to Backup & Restore here you’ll see backup options
· Local Backup which keeps your backup locally on the device.
· Backup my data option – if you set on this option then it backup app data, wi-fi password and other settings to the Google server.
· Backup account – you need to setup any of your Google account to keep and sync your backup data on Google server upto 15GB free.
· Automatic Restore – this option automatically restore backed up data and settings when you reinstall an app.
· Factory Data restore – this option erases all the phones data and restores all factory setting and makes your phone with all primary settings.

After install Google Drive app on your android phone open it and logged into to connect it with Google account. After successful login into Google drive do the following steps to take backups manually.
v Go to file manager/explorer where your files like audios, videos, images, and other docs are stored.
v Now go to audios, videos, images, and document folder one by one and select files which you want to backed up in Google drive.
v After selecting all files select share option in the bottom of your android phone (in some phones it may be at the top).
v Now select “Save to Drive” option to keep backup of your data on Google Drive upto 15 GB free..
v Now your files will be saved on Google Drive folder and it is safe and secure.
